The primary goal is to bring your favorite local restaurants to your home, office, hotel room, party place or even dorm room.
  We intend to provide our customers same level of dedication, efficiency and professionalism as we order food ourselves. We make sure the participating restaurants provide you the top-notch service to bring food for your family dinner at home or business luncheons or large social gatherings. • How does Rmeals.com work?
  You can browse a list of restaurants in your area for which the restaurants offer pick-up (Take-out) or Delivery or catering services. Ordering is very easy after you decide which restaurant you would like to order from. You can easily set in the website whether you choose to pick it up yourself or have it delivered. Once the order is placed, the restaurant gets notified and the respective restaurant provides the service to you. We stand for order accuracy. The respective restaurant stands for quality.

• How do I register at the website?

• Why do I have to register?
  Once you register, you will be able to speed up the ordering process. You can view your previous order(s) and have the ability to cancel the order in case if you change your mind. Your information is used only to keep your settings as you do not have to enter the same information every time you order. It is not shared with any external entities. • Can I change my information after I register?
  Yes. You can change your information after login with your username and password, and click on My Account. You can change your password, address, email and other preferences.

• What if I forget my password?

• Is there any extra charge for your service?
  No. We negotiated with all the participating restaurants for you to charge the same as what you pay at the restaurant.

• How can I mention special requirements in the way the food should be prepared?
  Please mention the reasonable special requirements while ordering each food item in the order. The respective restaurant chef will try to take care of that.

• Is there any minimum to order?
  Pick-up(Take-out) has no minimum amount to order. The minimum for delivery is usually between $10.00 and $20.00 depending on the restaurant you choose,

• How long will it take for my order to be processed?
  You are given a choice to set your preferred date and time. We let you place the order for the date time that we think the respective restaurant can prepare or deliver the food.
  We are committed to provide food by that time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the order time may be delayed between 30 and 45 minutes.

• Can I place an order for later today or later in the week or later in the month?
  Yes. You set the preferred date and time. We will have the restaurant to keep the food ready by that date and time.

• Can I order for someone that I care?
  Yes. You can order for anyone. Please provide their zipcode while choosing the restaurant(s) that they may like.

• Can I order food from several restaurants in the same order?
  No. the website does not allow you to order from multiple restaurants in the same order as every restaurant works in a different way. The hours of operation, delivery charges are up to the restaurant.
  However, you can place separate order from each restaurant that you would like to order food from.

• Can I order drinks/beverages, along with the food?
  Yes. You should be able to order beverages along with the food in the menu. The beverage choices vary from restaurant to restaurant.

• Can I order by phone?
  No. Please order through our website - http://www.Rmeals.com to improve accuracy in food, time, service and professionalism.

• What types of payments do you accept?
  It varies from restaurant to restaruant. The respective restaurant charges your credit card (Visa/Master card/Discover/American Express) for the order total. Some Restaurant accepts cash as well.

• How do I redeem the promotional code(s)?
  Before you confirm your order, you will have a chance to enter the promotional code(s). If the code is still valid, it will be applied to your order.

• How much should I tip the drivers if I am satisfied?
  Please be generous in tipping the driver if you like the service. Or provide us informational tip if you are not 110% satisfied with the service. We thank you for both of them.

• Can I cancel the order?
  Yes. You can cancel the order before the stipulated time. It varies from restaurant to restaurant. The website lets you cancel. If you do not see the cancel button next to your order (click my orders screen), your food is either prepared or on the way.
